Instructions
- Prepare the beef cutlets by pounding them to an even thickness.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg, then coat with panko.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry each breaded cutlet until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve the cutlets over cooked rice and drizzle with tonkatsu sauce.
