Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, powdered sugar, almond extract, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until soft peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the dry mixture until well combined.
- Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
- Place a small dollop of raspberry jam in the center of each cookie, then sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
