Ingredients

- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, diced Honeycrisp apples, turkey bacon, raisins, and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to meld.

- Optionally, add more nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
