  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy, then remove and crumble it.
  2. Add the chicken ham to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth.
  4. Add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
  5. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheese before serving.
