- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add dark chocolate chips if desired.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, add a mashed banana to the mixture.
