Instructions

- Add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed until well combined.
- Slowly stir in the boiling water until the batter is smooth.

- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
