A delicious twist on a classic macaroni salad featuring turkey bacon for added flavor and crunch.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the dressing mixture and stir to coat.
- Fold in the celery, red onion, turkey bacon, and parsley until evenly distributed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas for more color and nutrition.
- This salad can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
