Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni to the dressing mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Fold in the celery, red onion, turkey bacon, and parsley until evenly distributed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
