- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form the meatball mixture.
- Form small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
- In serving bowls, layer quinoa, meatballs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and top with tzatziki sauce.
- Serve immediately.
