Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  4. Add sirloin steak and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder, simmering for 5 minutes.
  6. Combine tortellini with steak mixture and half of the provolone cheese.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
