- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add sirloin steak and cook until browned.
- Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder, simmering for 5 minutes.
- Combine tortellini with steak mixture and half of the provolone cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
