- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour

- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and onion, then place them in a clean cloth and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped turkey bacon until evenly distributed.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the skillet, flattening them slightly.
- Fry until golden brown on each side, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
