Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the baby potatoes around the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
  6. Once finished, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
