Description

Delicious garlic butter steak bites served with a rich parmesan cream sauce, perfect for a quick and indulgent meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the steak bites in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  2. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir, bringing it to a simmer.
  5. Gradually add the parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the steak bites back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate steak bites in garlic and herbs for a couple of hours before cooking.
  • Can substitute skirt steak or ribeye for the sirloin steak.
