Delicious garlic butter steak bites served with a rich parmesan cream sauce, perfect for a quick and indulgent meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the steak bites in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, bringing it to a simmer.
- Gradually add the parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add the steak bites back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate steak bites in garlic and herbs for a couple of hours before cooking.
- Can substitute skirt steak or ribeye for the sirloin steak.
