- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup garlic butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, garlic butter, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
