  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add pumpkin and vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just mixed.
