- 2 English muffins
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add chopped turkey bacon on top of the cheese.
- Crack an egg onto each muffin half and season with black pepper and garlic powder.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
