  • 2 English muffins
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Split the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Add chopped turkey bacon on top of the cheese.
  7. Crack an egg onto each muffin half and season with black pepper and garlic powder.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your liking.
