- 2 cups hominy, drained and rinsed

- 1 jalapeño, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine turkey bacon, chicken broth, hominy, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, oregano, and jalapeño.
