- 8 ounces udon noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the udon noodles to the skillet, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
