- 1 pound chicken ham
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Add the onions to the pot and sauté until translucent.
- Layer the potatoes and chicken ham in the pot.
- Sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
- Bring to a simmer and cover, cooking for about 30 minutes.
- Serve hot with the crispy turkey bacon on top.
