- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine beef stew meat, garlic, beef broth, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the beef mixture over the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
