Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crust and cut into strips.
  5. Lay the crust strips over the top of the chicken mixture in the crock pot.
  6. Cover and let the crust cook for about 30 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
