A delicious and easy recipe for Crock Pot Chicken Pot Pie that will comfort you and your family on busy nights.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a crock pot, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, roll out the pie crust and cut into strips.
- Lay the crust strips over the top of the chicken mixture in the crock pot.
- Cover and let the crust cook for about 30 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
