- 2 pounds potatoes, sliced
- 1 pound sliced steak
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Layer half of the potatoes in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add half of the steak, bell peppers, onions, and cheese.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Pour beef broth over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

- Can substitute beef broth with chicken broth if desired.
