- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for a mixture of breadcrumbs and ranch seasoning.
- Dredge each mushroom in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the breaded mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding some grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture.
- These mushrooms can also be fried for a different texture.
