Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, cooking until just tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream, cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
