Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Stir in the rice and coat it with the oil and juices.
- Add the chicken broth and heavy cream, then return the chicken to the skillet.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes before serving.
