Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the rice and stir for a minute.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender and the chicken is cooked through.
