Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
  3. Add chicken broth, sauerkraut, chopped turkey bacon, and caraway seeds; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard.
  5. Once combined, add Swiss cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
