- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft.
- Add chicken broth, sauerkraut, chopped turkey bacon, and caraway seeds; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard.
- Once combined, add Swiss cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
