- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the cream mixture.
- Transfer the thighs to a baking dish and pour any remaining cream over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
