- 4 cups chicken broth

- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and ground chicken. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to a simmer and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
