Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking until tomatoes are softened.
  4. Add heavy cream and basil, stirring until combined.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional basil if desired.
