Ingredients

- 3 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, and red bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
