- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp salt
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, diced chicken ham, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly during the last few minutes of cooking.
- Assemble the burgers with cheese, if desired, and serve hot.
