Cowboy Mushrooms are a delicious and easy appetizer featuring savory turkey bacon and melted cheese.

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set the caps aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the turkey bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley until well combined.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some breadcrumbs on top before baking.
- Feel free to substitute with your favorite cheese.
