Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition, followed by sour cream, coffee, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
