- 1 tablespoon orange zest

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
