Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in melted chocolate chips.
- Once the cake has cooled, layer the mousse on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
