- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with the brewed coffee.
- Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe or spread the whipped cream on top of cooled cupcakes and garnish with chocolate shavings.
