- 3 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced chicken sausage. Cook until browned.
- Add garlic and broccoli, sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the orzo and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let simmer until orzo is cooked and liquid is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
