Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 6 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil, then add the sliced chicken breast, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  4. Chop the turkey bacon and mix it in with the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Layer provolone cheese on top and cover the skillet until melted.
  6. Serve on hoagie rolls.
