- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 6 hoagie rolls
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, then add the sliced chicken breast, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Chop the turkey bacon and mix it in with the chicken and vegetables.
- Layer provolone cheese on top and cover the skillet until melted.
- Serve on hoagie rolls.
