Ingredients

  • 12 sheets manicotti pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the manicotti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the cooked manicotti with the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the stuffed manicotti in the dish, then pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
