- 12 sheets manicotti pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the manicotti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the cooked manicotti with the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed manicotti in the dish, then pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
