Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, ranch dressing, and cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly on half of each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas over to enclose the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the quesadillas for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
