Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, browned butter, and butterscotch pudding mix.
- Add brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
