Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Preheat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
