- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Make small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs set to your preferred doneness.
- Garnish with chopped turkey bacon before serving.
