- 4 croissants
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups blueberries
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Cut croissants into chunks and layer half in a baking dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese over croissants, then half of the blueberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining croissants, cream cheese, and blueberries.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
