- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce with black pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.
