- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add the yogurt, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- For extra moisture, add a splash of milk if the batter is too thick.
- Feel free to substitute dark chocolate chips for semi-sweet for a richer flavor.
