Description

Baked Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect appetizer for cheese lovers. These bite-sized treats combine creamy brie cheese with sweet and tangy cranberry sauce, all wrapped in a flaky pastry. They’re easy to make and absolutely delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Cut brie cheese into small pieces and place them at the base of each triangle.
  4. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  5. Sprinkle chopped rosemary over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Roll up the triangles, starting from the base, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • For a sweeter flavor, use a honey-cranberry sauce.
