- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Cut brie cheese into small pieces and place them at the base of each triangle.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary over the cranberry sauce.
- Roll up the triangles, starting from the base, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, use a honey-cranberry sauce.
- These bites can be made in advance and baked just before serving.
